Rwenzori Mountain National Park. Mountaineering, bird watching, wildlife viewing, cultural experience with the Bakonjo people.

While visiting these national parks, you will view various animal and bird species and some of these include the big five; elephants, lions, buffalos, rhinos, and the leopard. Other animals to be sighted include Uganda kobs, cheetahs, hippos, zebras, giraffes, common warthogs, common eland, Defassa waterbuck, and many others. 

Other sightseeing sites include; Mabamba island, botanical gardens, Ziwa rhino sanctuary, Sipi falls, Amabere ga Nyina Mwiru, source of the Nile in Jinja, Sezibwa falls, griffins falls.

Sightseeing safaris can also be done in different cultural and historical sites spread across the country and some of the most popular sites include; Uganda martyrs Namugongo catholic shrine, Kabaka’s palace, Uganda museum, Bulange, Nyero rock paintings, Kasubi tombs, Igongo cultural center, and many others.
