The Uganda parks entrance fees 2022
For every activity and to see any attraction, one has to pay a fee at any Uganda national park.
Uganda national parks number up to 10 (Ten). All the activities are costed to suit the tourist’s affordability in consideration of local, regional and international tourists.
The Uganda parks entrance fees cost US dollars for both foreign non-residents, foreign residents, and Ugandan shillings for the East African community.

The above rates are for different categories as seen. The entrance fees for parks like Bwindi impenetrable national park, Mgahinga gorilla national park, and Kibale national park are all incorporated on the Tracking permit for either Mountain gorillas and chimpanzees, or Golden monkeys.
There are several other charges in the Uganda parks as seen in the attached tariff card below. Some of them include corporate entrance fees, annual entrance fees, multiple, aircraft landing fees, and several others.

There are also set park rules and regulations and once you are found breaking any, you are charged a fine or penalty. Each offense is charged a different fee and such offenses include; off-tracking driving, over speeding in the park, animal accident fee, littering in the park, hooting in the park, and many others.
The National parks in Uganda are managed by a Government arm “Uganda wildlife Authority.”
The park entrance fees and tariffs are also designed by the same body, “Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA)” in collaboration and consultation with other arms like the private tourism bodies, Ministry of Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquities, and Uganda Tourism Board where necessary.
