Uganda Safaris ,Rwanda Gorilla Tours and Chimpanzee Tracking Safaris

Gorilla tracking tours is a very captivating activity; it involves walking in the wilderness in search of these great apes. There are two gorilla parks in the pearl of africa which are prime areas for tracking these endangered giants. The Kigezi gorilla Reserve, [Mgahinga National Park] is on the northern rim of the Virunga volcanoes. The only habituated gorilla group in Mgaginga crossed into Rwanda in 2006, but is expected to return to its old range in future because of human encroachment in Rwanda. The Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in the south west of Uganda is the richest forest in the country in terms of plant species, and there exists more than half (about 350) of the world's population of mountain gorillas. There are four primate family locations for tracking. Three families are accessed from Buhoma in the North of the Park, and the fourth is accessed from Kisoro in the south.
Kibale Forest National Park is inhabited by many large families of chimpanzees, several of which are accessible to human observation by walking trails cut through the dense forest. There is also a wonderfully diverse community of other primates, including red colobus, red-tailed guenon, white-nosed monkey, gray-cheeked mangabey, blue monkey, L'Hoest's monkey, and black and white colobus monkey. Along with these are olive baboon, bushbaby, and the nocturnal potto. These animals have been the subject of long-term research projects, so they are now tame and easy to observe. Kibale Forest is located just east of the Rwenzori Mountains, near the town of Fort Portal. You can also track chimpanzees in Queen Elizabeth and Murchison Falls National Parks.
White Water Rafting the Nile
![]()
The world’s longest river roars to life as the White Nile minutes after slipping quietly from Lake Victoria. It thunders between heavily forested islands and then leaps wildly into a series of spectacular drops. The roar of the rapids drift upstream with the gently breeze. People living near the river's edge and wooden canoes laden with excited locals are mesmerized as they watch the rafts in action. To the amazement of our audience, we plunge into the maelstrom and ride the mountainous waves downstream. The rafts explode through huge walls of whitewater and drift through the warm green pools (27°C) in the equatorial sunshine. This is white water rafting at its very best.
This is the Source of the mighty Nile River, and the source of adventure and excitement. Join us for the wildest rafting trip on the planet. Enjoy the thrill and exhilaration of the best extreme sports activities Africa has to offer, knowing you are in the safest hands.
Uganda WildLife Safaris in Queen Elizabeth Park

Queen Elizabeth National Park lies to the south of the Rwenzori mountain range that soars upward within a dozen miles of its northern boundary. The park is spread along the eastern shore of the Rift Valley's Lake Edward covering 2500 square kilometers.
The park's northern section is particularly scenic with lion prides and herds of elephants and cape buffalo, Africa's most dangerous animal. There are tremendous views of the Rwenzori peaks from its plains, which are decorated with giant candelabra euphoria trees. In the northeast section of the park is Chambura Gorge, which has lion, leopard, African finfoot and black bee eaters. In the Kikorondo area, plains give way to the dramatic cones of extinct volcanoes, some of which are filled with beautiful crater lakes. Some of the most spectacular game viewing takes place by boat on the Kazinga Channel, which connects Lake Edward with its smaller brother, Lake George. The channel is packed with thousands of hippos, buffalo, elephant and multitudes of fish-eating birds. The southern Ishasha sector of the park, lying in the shadow of the Virunga Mountains of DR Congo, has huge grasslands that stretch out with grazing topi, kob and cape buffalo. In the old fig trees you can see the rare tree-climbing lions.
