3 Days unique queen Elizabeth national park safari
A 3 days unique queen Elizabeth national park safari is a unique one as it entails being picked from you location and you will transfer to the national park it applies more to group safaris. On the second day you will do an early morning game drive followed by and immediate boat cruise on the Kazinga viewing wildlife such as the hippos, crocodiles, elephants and several other bird and wildlife species on the shores.
Day 1: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park.
Arise early in the morning, have breakfast from your hotel/ accommodation. Check out of your lodge and transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park, Through the Kampala Masaka highway having a few stop overs, one being to Kayabwe checking out the equator and possibly carrying out the experiment to ascertain the northern hemisphere and southern hemisphere. Later proceed with the drive to masaka and to Mbarara. You will have a lunch stop at Mbarara.
Later proceed to towards Kasese through Bushenyi , ishaka . the scenic journey takes upto 7 hours to get to the park, as you travel you will be able to appreciate the beauty of the lush countryside filled with plenty of hills most times covered with green vegetation and plantations.
Arrive at you lodge around Queen Elizabeth national park; check in at the lodge for relaxation, dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Morning game, mid-morning to afternoon boat cruise on kazinga channel, picnic lunch at the craters.
Kick start your day with an early morning breakfast with a feel of the wilderness, you will later head straight to the park doing a morning game drive, you will be position to see kobs also known as the Uganda kobs , elephants, lions buffaloes, warthogs etc. Later depart game drive and head to Kasenyi craft shops , looking out for African crafts . You can choose to buy any of the crafts to take home as souvenir from your Uganda safari/ queen Elizabeth safari.
Depart the craft village and head for a boat cruise on Kazinga channel. As you take the boat cruise, you will on the lookout for hippos, crocodiles, buffalos elephants and several bird species on shore the channel. Exit the boat cruise for another surprise, head straight to the craters for a picnic lunch while viewing the beautiful scenery of the craters while catching afresh breeze.
Depart the craters, and drive back to the lodge for relaxation and later dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3: Departure back to Kampala.
Early in the morning you will have breakfast in the confines of the wild as you wind up your stay. Later depart the park and travel back to Kampala and to the airport in time for your scheduled flight.
